Tightly wrap the meat in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Rub the meat all over with a mixture of Spanish smoked paprika cumin oregano salt sugar pepper and freshly crushed garlic.
Get the stock heated to a good simmer.
Pre cooked brisket recipes. In a medium mixing bowl combine 3 cups 750 ml water and tomato paste. Place sliced onions on the bottom of the pressure cooker set rubbed brisket coated side up in the pressure cooker. Defrost for 40 minutes in microwave turning over once half way through cooking.
Remove brisket from packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. In the morning place the brisket in the slow cooker fat side to the bottom. Rub the spice paste all over the meat.
Toss that bad boy in a slow cooker or cast iron pot on the stove on low heat. Run sealed package under cold water briefly to loosed packaging. It doesnt really need gravy though you can make one from all the luscious juices.
Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over meat. Place beef brisket flatter side down on the cutting board. Turn over brisket again recover and heat on high for 12-15 minutes.
Try that for an hour and a half. Pour beef stock til its half way up the brisket. Wrap it in a double layer of foil and slow-roast it on a tray at 110C for 4-7 hours depending on the size of the joint.
Cook on high for 6 hours. Add 12 cup of water to dish and cover with plastic venting one corner.
