Cut the tofu into 1-inch rectangles. Add soy sauce mirin and ¼ cup water to the saucepan.
First prepare the chicken and tofu.
. Add the chicken and brown for 2 minutes. Add bell peppers and onions. Remove tofu and set aside.
Add tofu and fry until golden brown. Then slide in the tofu. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
Cook chicken until it turns golden brown for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger. Return fried tofu to the wok and stir.
Using the same wok add chicken and stir. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. In a large saucepan saute the onion garlic and ginger for a minute.
Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Bring to a boil. Cook for a minute.
